Shipping Policy

Shipment errors will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. However, If your package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, shipping charges do apply to ship your order out again. We are not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the mailing organization.

Pick Up Service

Please select the Pickup option at Checkout if you want to get your order in the Store. It's FREE!

Be sure to wait for us to send you an additional email indicating your order is ready. And at that point, we will provide the pickup location address and time within business hours. 

Return & Exchange & Cancellation Policy

All sales are FINAL SALE! We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at or here with details of the product and the defect. We will provide you with the address to send the item(s) you consider defective.


Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

That said, there too are no cancellations. Once an order is placed and payment is sent there can be no cancellation!
